About the position
Conducerea spa-ului la Lürzerhof din 30 noiembrie 2026, combinată cu masaj sau cosmetică. Post cu normă întreagă pe durată determinată pentru sezonul de vară și de iarnă.
Tasks
Conducerea, motivarea și dezvoltarea echipei spa. Coordonarea proceselor, îngrijirea personală a oaspeților wellness și efectuarea propriu-zisă a masajelor sau tratamentelor cosmetice. Contribuirea la conceperea ofertelor și proceselor spa.
Requirements
Studii finalizate în cosmetică, masaj sau management spa și wellness, precum și calificare solidă pentru tratamente proprii. Experiență de mai mulți ani în domeniul spa, se menționează trei ani; experiență de conducere ideal ar fi necesară. Competențe de conducere, talent organizatoric, conștiință a responsabilității, atitudine caldă și profesională. Conștientizarea calității și a serviciilor, interes pentru tendințele din spa și beauty, mod de lucru independent, structurat și orientat spre soluții. Germană C1, engleză bună este un avantaj. Este necesar permis de muncă sau cetățenie UE.
