About the position
Voditelj/ica spa & wellness centra u Lürzerhofu od 30. studenog 2026., u kombinaciji s masažom ili kozmetikom. Puno radno vrijeme na određeno razdoblje za ljetnu i zimsku sezonu.
Tasks
Voditi, motivirati i razvijati spa tim. Koordinirati radne procese, osobno se brinuti za wellness goste i samostalno provoditi masaže ili kozmetičke tretmane. Sudjelovati u osmišljavanju spa ponuda i procesa.
Requirements
Završena izobrazba u području kozmetike, masaže ili upravljanja spa i wellness sadržajima te temeljita kvalifikacija za samostalno provođenje tretmana. Višegodišnje iskustvo u spa području, navedene tri godine; idealno postoji i iskustvo u vođenju. Kompetencije za vođenje, organizacijske vještine, odgovornost, srdačan i profesionalan nastup. Svijest o kvaliteti i usluzi, interes za spa i beauty trendove, samostalan, strukturiran i rješenjima usmjeren način rada. Njemački C1, dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika prednost. Potrebna radna dozvola ili državljanstvo EU-a.
