Tasks
Υποστήριξη της διοίκησης εστίασης και ανάληψη συνυπευθυνότητας για περίπου δέκα εργαζόμενους. Συμμετοχή σε συσκέψεις ομάδας και σέρβις, κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων βάρδιας και προσωπικού, καθώς και καθοδήγηση μαθητευόμενων εφόσον υπάρχει η ανάλογη εξειδίκευση. Συντονισμός τομέα σεμιναρίων και δεξιώσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διαχείρισης διαλειμμάτων, υποστήριξη καφέ και μπαρ και συμμετοχή στο σέρβις μεσημεριανής και βραδινής βάρδιας. Υλοποίηση projects εστίασης και εποχιακών ιδεών, προώθηση τοπικών προϊόντων και βιολογικών προϊόντων, βελτίωση διαχείρισης ποιότητας και διαδικασιών, καθώς και ανάληψη παραγγελιοληψίας και διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων.
Requirements
Ιδανικά εκπαίδευση στον χώρο της εστίασης ή σε συναφείς τομείς. Πέντε χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας και ένα έτος εμπειρίας σε θέση ευθύνης σύμφωνα με την αγγελία· εμπειρία σε διευθυντικό ή συντονιστικό ρόλο. Διοίκηση προσωπικού με σεβασμό και εκτίμηση, εμπειρία στη βελτιστοποίηση ποιότητας και διαδικασιών, ενδιαφέρον για τη βιωσιμότητα και την καινοτομία, οργανωμένη και δομημένη εργασιακή προσέγγιση ακόμη και υπό παράλληλες εκδηλώσεις. Γερμανικά C2· απαιτείται άδεια εργασίας ή ιθαγένεια ΕΕ.
