About the position
Stellvertretende Restaurantleitung in St. Virgil Salzburg ab sofort. Unbefristete Ganzjahresstelle mit operativer Führungsarbeit im Hotel-, Seminar- und Veranstaltungsbetrieb.
Tasks
Gastronomieleitung unterstützen und Mitverantwortung für rund zehn Mitarbeitende übernehmen. Team- und Servicebesprechungen begleiten, Dienst- und Personaleinteilungen erstellen sowie bei entsprechender Qualifikation Lehrlinge anleiten. Seminar- und Bankettbereich einschließlich Pausenmanagement koordinieren, Café und Bar begleiten und im Mittags- und Abendservice mitarbeiten. Gastronomieprojekte und saisonale Ideen umsetzen, Regionalität und Bio fördern, Qualitätsmanagement und Prozesse verbessern sowie Bestellwesen und Warenwirtschaft übernehmen.
Requirements
Idealerweise Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder verwandten Bereichen. Fünf Jahre Berufs- und ein Jahr Führungserfahrung laut Inserat; Führungs- oder leitende Koordinationserfahrung. Wertschätzende Mitarbeiterführung, Erfahrung mit Qualitäts- und Prozessoptimierung, Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation, strukturierte und organisationsstarke Arbeitsweise auch bei parallelen Veranstaltungen. Deutsch C2; Arbeitserlaubnis erforderlich oder EU-Bürgerschaft.
