Year-round management of the Belétage at Hotel Post am See starting January 1, 2027. Casual dining with a sharing concept, show kitchen, wine and bar culture. Full-time with 40 hours per week.

Zadaci

As host of the Belétage, you are the first point of contact for our guests and your team, and you shape the distinctive atmosphere of our Living Room by the lake. You lead, motivate and develop your service team and create a working environment in which hospitality, team spirit and joy in working together are brought to life. You are responsible for the planning and scheduling of the entire Belétage team, from service to bar, and ensure forward-thinking and efficient staffing, taking into account occupancy, reservation levels and events. You are responsible for a smooth service flow and ensure warm, attentive yet relaxed guest care.Together with your team, you bring our credo "Everything possible – nothing mandatory" to life for our guests every single day. Together with the kitchen and bar, you combine casual dining, sharing, and wine and bar culture into a harmonious overall experience. In doing so, you actively foster collaboration between the kitchen, bar and service, and ensure open and reliable communication. In close collaboration with our Head of Wine & Service, you continuously develop the service, wine and beverage culture of the Belétage. You ensure that your team has the necessary knowledge of food, beverages, wine and restaurant procedures. Team briefings and regular training on service, products and host culture are part of your area of responsibility. You ensure our high quality, service and hygiene standards, always keeping guest satisfaction and sales orientation in focus. In close coordination with the front desk, you keep an eye on reservations, occupancy, timing and capacities, and ensure a smooth flow of information. Together with our events department, you plan, coordinate and accompany events and celebrations and ensure professional execution on site. You keep an overview of supplies, inventory and equipment necessary for smooth operations, and take the appropriate next steps for defects, breakages and necessary reorders or replacements. You are responsible for ongoing inventory and ensure a conscious and economical use of goods and resources. You are responsible for the operational and administrative processes in the restaurant and work confidently with our Aleno and NOVA Touch systems – from billing and vouchers to daily closings and register checks. Together with Controlling, you keep an eye on key figures, billing and economic processes and ensure correct and traceable documentation. For questions or problems relating to POS systems, reservations or vouchers, you are a reliable point of contact and coordinate rapid solutions together with the relevant departments. You take responsibility for special requests from our guests and confidently find the right solution with a focus on problem-solving. Together with the Head of Wine & Service and management, you continuously analyse and optimise existing workflows and processes. As a host and leader, you embody the philosophy of Gröller Hospitality establishments and make our brand tangible for guests and employees alike.

Uvjeti

You already bring several years of experience in the hospitality industry and leadership experience with you. Being a host is more than just a profession for you. With personality and instinct, you create special experiences for our guests. You enjoy leading a team, developing employees further, and taking responsibility for planning, organisation, and the smooth running of the restaurant. Wine and beverage culture inspire you, and in-depth expertise in this area is part of your profile. You have a good understanding of business management contexts and handle goods, resources, and costs responsibly. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a confident demeanour set you apart. Even in challenging situations, you keep the bigger picture in mind and act with a solution-oriented approach. Excellent German and English skills round off your profile. A strong guest and service orientation, along with warm and professional manners, come naturally to you. You combine independent, structured, and efficient work with a genuine enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
