Restaurant Manager & Head of Hospitality (all genders) (m/f/d) at ALPHAtauern health resort in Obertauern. Winter season 2026/27. Fixed-term contract. Start: 2026-11-23.

Aufgaben

Look after guests and ensure service quality; lead, train and coach the service team, including conducting employee appraisals; create duty rosters and holiday schedules; take responsibility for the department; monitor hygiene and cleanliness; prepare drinks to professional standards; handle food respectfully and work closely with management.

Anforderungen

Suitable training in upscale hospitality/gastronomy and/or professional experience. The portal specifies five years of professional experience and one year of leadership experience. Confident and polished manner, positive charisma, commitment, motivation, flexibility, resilience, politeness, enjoyment of teamwork, hands-on mentality and responsibility. Fluent German and conversational English; the portal's levels of DE C2 and EN A2 for English differ from the body text. EU work authorization preferred.
