Tasks
- Συνεχής εκπαίδευση στον τομέα του κρασιού - Επαγγελματικά σωστές εργασίες σέρβις στο τραπέζι του επισκέπτη (πρότυπα) - Περιοδικό πρόγραμμα καθαρισμού - Διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών - Τήρηση HACCP - Παρακολούθηση ποιότητας και διαδικασιών - Επικοινωνία με τους επισκέπτες ως πρότυπο - Υποδειγματική και προσανατολισμένη στην εξυπηρέτηση ενεργητική πώληση - Συνεργασία στο μπαρ όταν απαιτείται - Ενδεχομένως συνεργασία με έναν commis/μαθητευόμενο/ασκούμενο και εκπαίδευσή του - Μετάδοση γνώσεων – ευχαρίστηση στη συνεργασία με νέους συναδέλφους, το μέλλον του κλάδου, ώστε να μεταδοθεί η τεχνογνωσία των κορυφαίων του κλάδου στην επόμενη γενιά
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ως σερβιτόρος/-α εστιατορίου ή τουλάχιστον 1 έτος επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε παρόμοια θέση Άριστη γνώση γερμανικών Αγγλικά ως ξένη γλώσσα Ενδιαφέρον για το κρασί και προθυμία για συνεχή επιμόρφωση· ευχαρίστηση από τη συνεργασία με νέους συναδέλφους.
