Tasks
- Folyamatos továbbképzés a borok területén - Szakmailag helyes kiszolgálási munkák a vendég asztalánál (szabványok) - Rendszeres takarítási terv - Vendégreklamációk kezelése - HACCP betartása - Minőség- és folyamatellenőrzés - Példamutató vendégkommunikáció - Példamutató és szolgáltatásorientált aktív értékesítés - Szükség esetén közreműködés a bárban - Adott esetben együttműködés egy commis/gyakornok/tanulóval és annak betanítása - Tudás átadása – öröm a fiatal kollégákkal való foglalkozásban, az ágazat jövőjében, hogy a szakma legjobbjainak know-how-ját átadjuk a következő generációnak
