About the position
Hotel Steiner din Obertauern caută personal suplimentar pentru sezonul de iarnă, cu normă întreagă. Începând cu data de 23 noiembrie 2026, conform anunțului de angajare suplimentar.
Tasks
- Perfecționare continuă în domeniul vinului - Lucrări de servire corecte din punct de vedere profesional la masa oaspetelui (standarde) - Plan periodic de curățenie - Gestionarea reclamațiilor oaspeților - Respectarea HACCP - Monitorizarea calității și a proceselor - Comunicare exemplară cu oaspeții - Vânzare activă, exemplară și orientată spre servicii - Sprijin la bar, atunci când este necesar - După caz, colaborarea cu un commis/ucenic/stagiar și instruirea acestuia - Transmiterea cunoștințelor – plăcerea de a lucra cu colegii tineri, viitorul branșei, pentru a transmite know-how-ul celor mai buni din branșă generației următoare

Studii finalizate ca ospătar sau cel puțin 1 an de experiență profesională într-o poziție similară Cunoștințe excelente de limba germană Engleză ca limbă străină Interes pentru vin și disponibilitate pentru formare continuă; plăcerea de a colabora cu colegi tineri.
