About the position
Chef de Rang u hotelu Alpenhof u Zauchenseeu od 26. studenoga 2026. Na određeno vrijeme, puno radno vrijeme za zimsku sezonu.
Tasks
Primati i savjetovati goste, voditi vlastitu stanicu u području polupansiona i dnevnog à-la-carte, zaprimati i servirati jela i pića. Aktivno prodavati aperitiv i vino, pripremati bifee i mise en place, koordinirati tijekove servisa i podržavati komije. Osiguravati kvalitetu, čistoću i zadovoljstvo gostiju te biti uzor zaposlenicima i pripravnicima.
Requirements
Stručna izobrazba i višegodišnje iskustvo u višoj hotelskoj kategoriji; dvije godine radnog iskustva i manje od godinu dana iskustva u vođenju u profilu. Poznavanje vina i pića, sommelierska izobrazba prednost. Dobro poznavanje sustava Orderman. Njegovan, siguran i ljubazan nastup, komunikativnost i organizacijski talent, timski duh i veselje prema kontaktu s gostima. Njemački kao materinski jezik i engleski B2 prema jezičnom polju. Prednost imaju građani EU.
