About the position
Chef de Rang v hoteli Alpenhof v Zauchensee od 26. novembra 2026. Plný pracovný úväzok na dobu určitú na zimnú sezónu.
Tasks
Prijímať a obsluhovať hostí, viesť vlastnú stanicu v oblasti polpenzie a obedňajšieho à-la-carte, prijímať objednávky jedál a nápojov a servírovať ich. Aktívne predávať aperitívy a víno, pripravovať bufety a mise en place, koordinovať priebeh servisu a podporovať commis. Zabezpečovať kvalitu, čistotu a spokojnosť hostí a byť vzorom pre zamestnancov a učňov.
Requirements
Odborné vzdelanie a viacročné skúsenosti v oblasti vyššieho hotelierstva; v profile dva roky praxe a menej ako jeden rok vedúcich skúseností. Znalosti vín a nápojov, sommelierské vzdelanie výhodou. Dobrá znalosť systému Orderman. Upravené, sebavedomé a priateľské vystupovanie, komunikačné a organizačné nadanie, tímový duch a radosť z kontaktu s hosťami. Nemčina na úrovni materinského jazyka a angličtina B2 podľa jazykového poľa. Občania EÚ uprednostňovaní.
