Chef de Rang la Hotel Alpenhof în Zauchensee din 26 noiembrie 2026. Post cu normă întreagă pe durată determinată pentru sezonul de iarnă.
Tasks
Întâmpinarea și consilierea oaspeților, gestionarea unei stații proprii în zona de demipensiune și à la carte de la prânz, preluarea și servirea preparatelor și băuturilor. Vânzarea activă a aperitivelor și vinurilor, pregătirea bufetelor și a mise en place, coordonarea fluxurilor de serviciu și sprijinirea comisilor. Asigurarea calității, curățeniei și satisfacției oaspeților, precum și rolul de model pentru angajați și ucenici.
Requirements
Formare de specialitate și experiență de mai mulți ani în hotelărie de lux; în profil, doi ani de experiență profesională și mai puțin de un an de experiență în conducere. Cunoștințe de vinuri și băuturi, formare de somelier constituie un avantaj. Bune cunoștințe de Orderman. Prezență îngrijită, sigură și prietenoasă, talent comunicațional și organizatoric, spirit de echipă și plăcere pentru contactul cu oaspeții. Germană ca limbă maternă și engleză B2 conform câmpului de limbi. Cetățenii UE sunt preferați.
