About the position
Szakmai rangvezető a zauhensee-i Alpenhof szállodában 2026. november 26-tól. Határozott idejű teljes munkaidős állás a téli szezonra.
Tasks
Vendégek fogadása és tanácsadás, saját állomás vezetése a félpanziós és a déli à la carte területen, ételek és italok felvétele és felszolgálása. Aperitif és bor aktív értékesítése, büfék és mise en place előkészítése, a kiszolgálási folyamatok koordinálása és a commis-k támogatása. A minőség, a tisztaság és a vendégek elégedettségének biztosítása, valamint példaképként való fellépés a munkatársak és a tanulók számára.
Requirements
Szakirányú képzettség és többéves tapasztalat a felsőkategóriás szállodai szektorban; a profilban két év szakmai tapasztalat és kevesebb mint egy év vezetői tapasztalat szerepel. Bor- és italismeret, szommelier-képzettség előny. Jó Orderman-ismeret. Ápolt, magabiztos és barátságos fellépés, kommunikációs és szervezőkészség, csapatszellem és öröm a vendégkapcsolatokban. Német anyanyelvi szinten és angol B2 szinten a nyelvi mező szerint. EU-állampolgárság előnyben.
