Tasks
- Συνεχής εκπαίδευση στον τομέα του κρασιού - Ενδιαφέρον για εκμάθηση επαγγελματικά σωστών εργασιών σερβιρίσματος στο τραπέζι του επισκέπτη (πρότυπα) - Περιοδικό πρόγραμμα καθαρισμού - Τήρηση HACCP - Επικοινωνία με τους επισκέπτες με υποδειγματικό τρόπο - Συνδρομή στο μπαρ όταν απαιτείται - Διασφάλιση της μεταφοράς των φαγητών και ποτών - Προσεκτική χρήση των υλικών και του εξοπλισμού - Υποστηρίζει έναν Chef de Rang στο σέρβις. Από κοινού εξυπηρετούν περίπου 55 – 60 άτομα. - Σέρβις πρωινού με φροντίδα του μπουφέ - Όλες οι λοιπές εργασίες σέρβις (γυάλισμα μαχαιροπίρουνων και ποτηριών, στρώσιμο τραπεζιών, εργασίες καθαρισμού στο εστιατόριο, εργασίες mise-en-place, …) - Ευθύνη για την τάξη στο office - Βοηθά όταν χρειάζεται σε άλλους σταθμούς και τμήματα - Συμμετέχει ενεργά στο «Hotel-Steiner-Guest-History-System»
