About the position
A Hotel Steiner Obertauernben teljes munkaidős erősítést keres a téli szezonra.
Tasks
- Folyamatos továbbképzés a borok területén - Érdeklődés a vendég asztalánál végzett szakmailag helyes kiszolgálási munkák (szabványok) elsajátítása iránt - Rendszeres takarítási terv - HACCP betartása - Példamutató vendégkommunikáció - Szükség esetén közreműködés a bárban - Az ételek és italok szállításának biztosítása - Anyagok és berendezések gondos kezelése - Egy chef de rang munkáját segíti a kiszolgálásban. Közösen kb. 55–60 főt látnak el. - Reggeli kiszolgálás büféfelügyelettel - Minden egyéb kiszolgálási munka (evőeszközök és poharak polírozása, asztalterítés, takarítás az étteremben, mise-en-place munkák, …) - Felelősség az iroda rendjéért - Szükség esetén segít más állomásokon és osztályokon - Aktívan részt vesz a „Hotel-Steiner-Guest-History-System” rendszerben
