About the position
Hotel Steiner din Obertauern caută personal suplimentar pentru sezonul de iarnă, cu normă întreagă.
Tasks
- Formare continuă constantă în domeniul vinului - Interes de a învăța lucrări de serviciu corecte din punct de vedere profesional la masa oaspetelui (standarde) - Plan periodic de curățenie - Respectarea HACCP - Comunicare cu oaspeții orientată spre exemplu - Colaborare la bar atunci când este necesar - Asigurarea transportului mâncărurilor și băuturilor - Utilizare atentă a materialelor și dotărilor - Sprijină un Chef de Rang la serviciu. Împreună se ocupă de aproximativ 55 – 60 de persoane. - Serviciu la micul dejun cu supravegherea bufetului - Toate celelalte lucrări de serviciu (lustruirea tacâmurilor și paharelor, aranjarea meselor, lucrări de curățenie în restaurant, lucrări de mise-en-place, …) - Responsabilitate pentru ordinea în office - Ajută la nevoie în alte stații și departamente - se implică activ în „Hotel-Steiner-Guest-History-System”
