KOCH / KÖCHIN (m/w/d) ab sofort | Vollzeit | 40 Stunden / 5-Tage-Woche Bowls, Ramen, moderne Tagesgerichte und jede Menge Möglichkeiten, kreativ zu werden: Für unsere Happy-Place-Küche suchen wir Verstärkung. Tasks
selbstständige Zubereitung unserer Speisen Zubereitung von Bowls, Ramen und wechselnden Tagesgerichten Mise en Place und Vorbereitung für den laufenden Betrieb ansprechendes und gleichbleibendes Anrichten unserer Gerichte Mitwirkung bei neuen Gerichten und Specials Kontrolle von Qualität, Frische und Warenbestand verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Vermeidung von Lebensmittelverschwendung Einhaltung unserer Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards Organisation und Sauberhalten des eigenen Arbeitsplatzes enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Service
Requirements
abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie Freude an moderner, frischer und abwechslungsreicher Küche gutes Gespür für Geschmack und Optik selbstständige, strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise Qualitätsbewusstsein Verlässlichkeit und Teamgeist Ruhe und Überblick auch bei stärkerem Geschäft Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse
