KUHAR / KUHARICA (m/ž) odmah | puno radno vrijeme | 40 sati / 5-dnevni radni tjedan Bowls, ramen, moderna dnevna jela i mnoštvo mogućnosti za kreativnost: za našu kuhinju Happy Place tražimo pojačanje. Kuhaš sa strašću, držiš do kvalitete i izgleda te ne želiš svaki dan pripremati istih pet klasičnih jela? Onda bismo se mogli dobro slagati.
Tasks
samostalna priprema naših jela priprema bowlova, ramena i izmjeničnih dnevnih jela mise en place i priprema za tekući rad privlačno i dosljedno slaganje naših jela sudjelovanje u kreiranju novih jela i specijaliteta kontrola kvalitete, svježine i zaliha odgovorno postupanje s namirnicama i izbjegavanje bacanja hrane pridržavanje naših higijenskih standarda i HACCP standarda organizacija i održavanje čistoće vlastitog radnog mjesta bliska suradnja s kuhinjom i servisom
Requirements
završeno obrazovanje za kuhara/kuharicu radno iskustvo u gastronomiji veselje prema modernoj, svježoj i raznolikoj kuhinji dobar osjećaj za okus i izgled samostalan, strukturiran i čist način rada svijest o kvaliteti pouzdanost i timski duh smirenost i preglednost i pri većem opsegu posla veselje prema doprinosu vlastitim idejama znanje njemačkog jezika primjereno poslu
