Μαγειρεύεις με πάθος, δίνεις αξία στην ποιότητα και την εμφάνιση και δεν θέλεις να ετοιμάζεις κάθε μέρα τα ίδια πέντε κλασικά πιάτα; Τότε μπορεί να ταιριάζουμε.
Tasks
Αυτόνομη παρασκευή των πιάτων μας Παρασκευή από bowls, ramen και εναλλασσόμενα πιάτα ημέρας Mise en Place και προετοιμασία για την καθημερινή λειτουργία Ελκυστική και σταθερή παρουσίαση των πιάτων μας Συμμετοχή σε νέα πιάτα και specials Έλεγχος ποιότητας, φρεσκάδας και αποθέματος Υπεύθυνη διαχείριση των τροφίμων και αποφυγή σπατάλης τροφίμων Τήρηση των προτύπων υγιεινής και HACCP Οργάνωση και καθαριότητα του χώρου εργασίας σας Στενή συνεργασία με κουζίνα και σέρβις
Requirements
ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ως μάγειρας/μαγείρισσα επαγγελματική εμπειρία στην εστίαση αγάπη για τη μοντέρνα, φρέσκια και ποικίλη κουζίνα καλή αίσθηση γεύσης και αισθητικής αυτόνομος, οργανωμένος και καθαρός τρόπος εργασίας συνείδηση ποιότητας αξιοπιστία και πνεύμα ομαδικότητας ηρεμία και εποπτεία ακόμη και σε περιόδους αυξημένης κίνησης χαρά για την κατάθεση προσωπικών ιδεών γνώσεις γερμανικών ανάλογες με τη θέση
