SZAKÁCS / SZAKÁCSNŐ (m/w/d) azonnali kezdéssel | Teljes munkaidő | 40 óra / 5 napos munkahét Bowlok, ramen, modern napi ételek és rengeteg lehetőség a kreativitásra: a Happy-Place konyhánkra keresünk erősítést. Tasks
Önálló ételkészítés Bowlok, ramen és változó napi fogások elkészítése Mise en Place és előkészítés a folyamatos üzemmenethez ételeink igényes és következetes tálalása Közreműködés új ételek és speciális ajánlatok kialakításában A minőség, a frissesség és a készlet ellenőrzése felelősségteljes bánásmód az élelmiszerekkel és az élelmiszer-pazarlás elkerülése Higiéniás és HACCP-szabványaink betartása Saját munkaterületünk megszervezése és tisztán tartása szoros együttműködés a konyhával és a kiszolgálással

szakácsként szerzett szakképzettség gasztronómiai szakmai tapasztalat öröm a modern, friss és változatos konyha iránt jó érzék az ízek és a látvány iránt önálló, strukturált és tiszta munkavégzés minőségtudatosság megbízhatóság és csapatszellem nyugalom és áttekintés forgalmasabb időszakokban is öröm a saját ötletek bemutatásában a munkakörnek megfelelő némettudás
