About the position
Trogodišnja obuka s blok nastavom u VALARA Alpine Art Hotelu u Hintertuxu. Početak odmah ili po dogovoru; moguće je i probno raditi.
Tasks
Pomažeš u pripremi i izradi naših jela. Zajedno s timom pripremaš svoj mise-en-place. Upoznaješ različite kuhinjske pozicije. Pomažeš u pripremi i aranžiranju naših jela. Učiš pravilno skladištiti, obrađivati i svrhovito koristiti namirnice. Zajedno sa svojim timom paziš na kvalitetu i nesmetan tijek rada u kuhinji. Brineš za red i čistoću na svom radnom mjestu. Upoznaješ naše higijenske i HACCP standarde te ih primjenjuješ.
Requirements
Uspješno završeno 9. razreda škole Interes za kuhanje i kvalitetne namirnice Radost učenja novih stvari Dobro poznavanje njemačkog jezika Pouzdanost i pažljiv način rada Respekt prema namirnicama i radnim materijalima Timski duh i radost zajedničkog rada Razina jezika prema oglasu: DE C2. Potrebna je radna dozvola ili državljanstvo EU-a.
