About the position
Practică de trei ani cu instruire în bloc la VALARA Alpine Art Hotel în Hintertux. Începere imediată sau conform înțelegerii; este posibilă o zi de probă.
Tasks
Ajuți la pregătirea și prepararea mâncărurilor noastre. Îți pregătești mise-en-place-ul împreună cu echipa. Faci cunoștință cu diferitele posturi din bucătărie. Ajuți la prepararea și aranjarea în farfurii a felurilor noastre. Înveți să depozitezi, să procesezi și să folosești responsabil alimentele. Împreună cu echipa ta, ai grijă de calitate și de o desfășurare fluentă a activității în bucătărie. Te asiguri de ordine și curățenie la locul tău de muncă. Faci cunoștință cu standardele noastre de igienă și HACCP și le pui în practică.

Absolvirea cu succes a clasei a 9-a Interes pentru gătit și pentru alimente de calitate Plăcerea de a învăța lucruri noi Bune cunoștințe de limbă germană Fiabilitate și o abordare atentă a muncii Un mod respectuos de a trata alimentele și materialele de lucru Spirit de echipă și bucuria de a munci împreună Nivel lingvistic conform anunțului: DE C2. Este necesară permisul de muncă sau cetățenia UE.

Cazare gratuită în cameră dublă cu baie/duș, WC, TV și internet. Preluarea costurilor de internat și finanțarea permisului de conducere la absolvirea cu succes a uceniciei. În plus, se menționează 200 EUR lunar la indemnizația de ucenic; dacă acest supliment este inclus în cei 1.200 EUR indicați, nu reiese din anunț. Dreptul la concediu conform contractului colectiv de muncă și cerințelor WKO.
