Trojročné učňovské vzdelávanie s blokovou výučbou v VALARA Alpine Art Hotel v Hintertuxe. Nástup možný ihneď alebo podľa dohody; možnosť zaučenia.
Tasks
Podporuješ pri príprave a zostavovaní našich jedál. Spolu s tímom si pripravuješ svoje mise-en-place. Zoznamuješ sa s rôznymi kuchynskými pozíciami. Pomáhaš pri príprave a aranžovaní našich jedál. Učíš sa správne skladovať, spracovávať a vedome používať potraviny. Spolu so svojím tímom dbáš na kvalitu a plynulý chod kuchyne. Staráš sa o poriadok a čistotu na svojom pracovisku. Zoznamuješ sa s našimi hygienickými a HACCP štandardmi a uplatňuješ ich.

Úspešne ukončený 9. ročník školy Záujem o varenie a o kvalitné potraviny Radosť učiť sa nové veci Dobrá znalosť nemčiny Spoľahlivosť a starostlivý spôsob práce Rešpektujúci prístup k potravinám a pracovným materiálom Tímový duch a radosť spoločne priložiť ruku k dielu Jazyková úroveň podľa inzerátu: DE C2. Pracovné povolenie musí byť k dispozícii alebo občianstvo EÚ.

Bezplatné ubytovanie v dvojlôžkovej izbe s kúpeľňou/sprchou, WC, TV a internetom. Úhrada nákladov na internát a financovanie vodičského preukazu pri úspešnom ukončení učňovskej prípravy. Okrem toho sa uvádza 200 EUR mesačne k odmeňovaniu učňov; či je tento príplatok zahrnutý v uvedených 1 200 EUR, z inzerátu nevyplýva. Nárok na dovolenku podľa kolektívnej zmluvy a predpisov WKO.
