Tasks
Segítesz ételeink előkészítésében és elkészítésében. A csapattal közösen készíted elő a mise-en-place-t. Megismerkedsz a különböző konyhai posztokkal. Segítesz ételeink elkészítésében és tálalásában. Megtanulod az élelmiszerek helyes tárolását, feldolgozását és tudatos felhasználását. Csapatoddal együtt ügyelsz a minőségre és a zavartalan konyhai munkafolyamatra. Gondoskodsz a rendről és a tisztaságról a munkahelyeden. Megismerkedsz higiéniai és HACCP-előírásainkkal, és alkalmazod azokat.
