Tasks
Odgovarati za restoran i servisne procese; voditi, koordinirati, uvoditi i razvijati servisni tim od oko 30 ljudi. Planirati smjene, kontrolirati kvalitetu jelovnika i usluge, savjetovati goste te preporučivati jela i vina. Primati narudžbe, sudjelovati u servisu i organizirati mise en place. Usklađivati se s kuhinjom i barom, osigurati higijenu, podržavati naručivanje robe i skladištenje, pratiti događanja i poboljšavati procese. Kafić servis na aparatu s ručicom.
Requirements
Završeno hotelijersko obrazovanje i najmanje tri godine iskustva kao voditelj restorana u usporedivom hotelu. Sposobnost vođenja i organizacije, odgovornost, pouzdanost i uredan nastup. Usmjerenost na goste, lojalnost i interes za dugoročnu suradnju. Njemački C1, engleski B2; dobro poznavanje Excela, Worda, Outlooka i Ordermana. Prednost imaju državljani EU-a.
