About the position
Egész éves állás a családi vezetésű Hotel Tyrolban, a Haldensee-nál. A hirdetés szerint kezdés 2026. október 15., a szövegben azonban azonnali vagy megbeszélés szerinti kezdés is szerepel. Üzemszünet 2026. november 23-tól december 9-ig.
Tasks
Az étterem és a kiszolgálási folyamatok felelőse; a mintegy 30 fős felszolgáló csapat vezetése, koordinálása, betanítása és továbbfejlesztése. Műszakok tervezése, a menü- és kiszolgálási minőség ellenőrzése, vendégek tanácsadása, valamint ételek és borok ajánlása. Rendelések felvétele, aktív részvétel a kiszolgálásban és a mise en place megszervezése. Egyeztetés a konyhával és a bárral, a higiénia biztosítása, az árurendelés és a raktározás támogatása, rendezvények kísérése és a folyamatok fejlesztése. Kávészolgálat a karos kávéfőzőnél.
Requirements
Befejezett szállodai szakmai képzés és legalább három év éttermvezetői tapasztalat hasonló szállodában. Vezetői és szervezőkészség, felelősségtudat, megbízhatóság és ápolt megjelenés. Vendégközpontúság, lojalitás és hosszú távú együttműködés iránti érdeklődés. Német C1, angol B2; jó ismeretek Excel, Word, Outlook és Orderman terén. EU-s állampolgárok előnyben.
