Tasks
Ευθύνη για το εστιατόριο και τις ροές εξυπηρέτησης· καθοδήγηση, συντονισμός, εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας σέρβις, περίπου 30 ατόμων. Προγραμματισμός βαρδιών, έλεγχος ποιότητας μενού και εξυπηρέτησης, συμβουλές προς τους επισκέπτες και προτάσεις φαγητών και κρασιών. Λήψη παραγγελιών, συμμετοχή στο σέρβις και οργάνωση του mise en place. Συντονισμός με κουζίνα και μπαρ, διασφάλιση υγιεινής, υποστήριξη παραγγελιών προμηθειών και αποθήκης, συνοδεία εκδηλώσεων και βελτίωση των ροών εργασίας. Σέρβις καφέ στη μηχανή espresso.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στη ξενοδοχειακή διαχείριση και τουλάχιστον τρία χρόνια εμπειρίας ως υπεύθυνος εστιατορίου σε παρόμοιο ξενοδοχείο. Ικανότητα διοίκησης και οργάνωσης, αίσθημα ευθύνης, αξιοπιστία και περιποιημένη εμφάνιση. Προσανατολισμός στον επισκέπτη, αφοσίωση και ενδιαφέρον για μακροχρόνια συνεργασία. Γερμανικά C1, Αγγλικά B2· καλή γνώση Excel, Word, Outlook και Orderman. Προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ.
