About the position
Celoročná pozícia v rodinnom hoteli Tyrol am Haldensee. Nástup podľa inzerátu 15. októbra 2026, v texte aj ihneď alebo po dohode. Prevádzková prestávka od 23. novembra do 9. decembra 2026.
Tasks
Zodpovedať za reštauráciu a servisné procesy; viesť, koordinovať, zaškoľovať a ďalej rozvíjať približne 30-členný servisný tím. Plánovať služby, kontrolovať kvalitu menu a servisu, radiť hosťom a odporúčať jedlá a vína. Prijímať objednávky, spolupracovať v servise a organizovať mise en place. Zladiť sa s kuchyňou a barom, zabezpečiť hygienu, podporovať objednávanie tovaru a skladové hospodárstvo, sprevádzať podujatia a zlepšovať procesy. Kávový servis na pákovom kávovare.
Requirements
Ukončené hotelové vzdelanie a minimálne tri roky praxe na pozícii vedúceho reštaurácie v porovnateľnom hoteli. Vodcovské a organizačné schopnosti, zodpovednosť, spoľahlivosť a upravený vzhľad. Orientácia na hostí, lojalita a záujem o dlhodobú spoluprácu. Nemčina C1, angličtina B2; dobré znalosti Excelu, Wordu, Outlooku a Ordermanu. Občania EÚ sú uprednostňovaní.
