About the position
Forsthofalm caută întăriri pentru un post cu normă întreagă, pe durată nedeterminată, în cadrul hotelului deschis tot anul. Începere imediată.
Tasks
Gestionarea restaurantului și a barului, repartizarea, instruirea și sprijinirea angajaților. Organizarea turelor și a briefing-urilor, asigurarea calității și a igienei, relația cu oaspeții și soluționarea reclamațiilor. Coordonarea comenzilor, livrărilor și retururilor, administrarea meniurilor de băuturi și vinuri, precum și a sistemului de casă. Coordonarea rezervărilor și, la nevoie, implicarea activă în sală și la bar.
Requirements
Studii finalizate sau experiență comparabilă, practică îndelungată în service și conducere; profil: doi ani de experiență profesională și de conducere. Cunoștințe de planificare a turelor, băuturi, vin, vânzare, alergeni și igienă. Organizare autonomă, comunicare și rezistență la stres. Germană C1, engleză B2 și permis de conducere categoria B.
