About the position
Forsthofalm hľadá posilu na trvalý plný pracovný úväzok v celoročnej hotelovej prevádzke. Nástup možný okamžite.
Tasks
Viesť reštauráciu a bar, rozdeľovať, školiť a podporovať zamestnancov. Organizovať rozvrhy služieb a briefingy, zabezpečovať kvalitu a hygienu, starať sa o hostí a riešiť sťažnosti. Koordinovať objednávky, dodávky a vrátenia tovaru, spravovať nápojové a vínne lístky a pokladničný systém. Zosúlaďovať rezervácie a v prípade potreby aktívne vypomáhať na stanici a pri bare.
Requirements
Ukončené vzdelanie alebo porovnateľné skúsenosti, viacročná prax v oblasti služieb a vedenia; profil: dva roky odbornej praxe a skúseností s vedením. Znalosti v oblasti plánovania služieb, nápojov, vína, predaja, alergénov a hygieny. Samostatná organizácia, komunikácia a odolnosť voči stresu. Nemčina C1, angličtina B2 a vodičský preukaz B.
