About the position
Το Forsthofalm αναζητά ενίσχυση σε θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης αορίστου διάρκειας σε ξενοδοχειακή επιχείρηση που λειτουργεί όλο τον χρόνο. Έναρξη άμεσα.
Tasks
Διοίκηση εστιατορίου και μπαρ, κατανομή εργασιών, εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη του προσωπικού. Οργάνωση βαρδιών και ενημερώσεων, διασφάλιση ποιότητας και υγιεινής, φροντίδα των επισκεπτών και διαχείριση παραπόνων. Συντονισμός παραγγελιών, παραδόσεων και επιστροφών, διαχείριση των καταλόγων ποτών και κρασιών καθώς και του συστήματος ταμείου. Συντονισμός κρατήσεων και ενεργή συμμετοχή στην εξυπηρέτηση και στο μπαρ όταν απαιτείται.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ή συγκρίσιμη εμπειρία, πολυετής πρακτική εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση και στη διοίκηση· προφίλ: δύο χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας και εμπειρίας στη διοίκηση. Γνώσεις στον προγραμματισμό βαρδιών, στα ποτά, στο κρασί, στις πωλήσεις, στα αλλεργιογόνα και στην υγιεινή. Αυτόνομη οργάνωση, επικοινωνία και αντοχή στην πίεση. Γερμανικά C1, Αγγλικά B2 και δίπλωμα οδήγησης B.
