About the position
A Forsthofalm határozatlan idejű, teljes munkaidős munkatársat keres egész éves szállodai üzemeltetésébe. Kezdés azonnal.
Tasks
Éttermek és bár vezetése, a munkatársak beosztása, betanítása és támogatása. Műszakbeosztások és eligazítások megszervezése, a minőség és a higiénia biztosítása, vendégek kiszolgálása és panaszok kezelése. Rendelések, szállítások és visszaküldések koordinálása, ital- és borlapok, valamint a kasszarendszer kezelése. Foglalások egyeztetése, és szükség esetén aktív részvétel a teremben és a bárpultnál.
Requirements
Befejezett szakképzettség vagy ezzel egyenértékű tapasztalat, többéves vendéglátói és vezetői gyakorlat; profil: két év szakmai és vezetői tapasztalat. Ismeretek a beosztástervezés, italok, bor, értékesítés, allergének és higiénia terén. Önálló szervezés, kommunikáció és terhelhetőség. Német C1, angol B2 és B kategóriás jogosítvány.
