About the position
Permanentno radno mjesto s nepunim radnim vremenom u Post am See, odmah. Objavljena plaća od 2.477 EUR bruto izričito je referenca na osnovu punog radnog vremena od 40 sati; konkretni sati nepunog radnog vremena i razmjerni dio plaće predmet su dogovora.
Tasks
Vodiš i koordiniraš svoj spa-tim te osiguravaš jasne procese rada i uzajamno poštovanje. Srdačno i profesionalno dočekuješ naše goste te individualnim i kompetentnim savjetovanjem stvaraš ozračje povjerenja. Svoju stručnu ekspertizu aktivno unosiš u daljnji razvoj naše ponude masaža i kozmetičkih tretmana. Samostalno provodiš tretmane – među njima klasične masaže, masaže toplim kamenjem i biljnim oblozima te masaže lica i refleksne masaže stopala. Dodatnim kompetencijama u područjima poput osteopatije, kraniosakralne terapije, joge ili ayurvede možeš dodatno obogatiti našu ponudu. Izrađuješ tjedne rasporede rada zaposlenika pritom uzimajući u obzir popunjenost hotela, vremenske uvjete i potrebe svog tima. Kod kadrovskih promjena ili odsutnosti koordiniraš zamjene i osiguravaš nesmetano funkcioniranje spa odjela. Planiraš i organiziraš tekuće treninge i edukacije te podržavaš svoj tim u njegovom stručnom usavršavanju. Pouzdano osiguravaš poštovanje zakona o radu te naših standarda higijene, kvalitete i sigurnosti. Aktivno savjetuješ naše goste o spa tretmanima i proizvodima te pritom spajaš usmjerenost na uslugu s prirodnim osjećajem za prodaju. Zajedno s nama razvijaš ideje za marketinške aktivnosti i mjere zadržavanja gostiju te se aktivno uključuješ u daljnji razvoj spa doživljaja.
Requirements
Posjeduješ odgovarajuće ispite stručne osposobljenosti u područjima kozmetike, masaže i njege stopala. Imaš liderske kompetencije i iskustvo u upravljanju te uživaš u razvoju i vođenju tima.Veselimo se iskustvu u vrhunskom hotelijerstvu i/ili u kvalitetnom spa i wellness području. Spajaš izraženu orijentaciju prema gostima i usluzi s poslovnim razumijevanjem.Organiziranost, predviđanje i siguran osjećaj za kvalitetu odlikuju te. Njemački jezik vladaš na vrlo dobroj razini i posjeduješ vrlo dobro znanje engleskog jezika. Poznato ti je rukovanje softverom specifičnim za struku. Uživaš u preuzimanju odgovornosti, iznošenju vlastitih ideja i zajedničkom razvoju našeg spa područja s tvojim timom.
