Vedúci rezervácií pre MICE & Leisure v hoteli Gut Brandlhof v Saalfeldene od 1. decembra 2026. Trvalé celoročné pracovné miesto so zodpovednosťou za tím až do piatich osôb a marketing novej World of Congress.
Tasks
Vedenie oddelenia rezervácií MICE & Leisure s tímom až do 5 kolegov Vedenie tímu v súvislosti s predpismi a smernicami, ako aj plánovaním služieb a dovoleniek Zavádzanie, školenie a ďalší rozvoj nových zamestnancov v rezervačnom oddelení patrí rovnako do vašej zodpovednosti ako priebežná podpora existujúceho tímu. Plánovanie a koordinácia podujatí, ako aj predaj izieb pri firemných a skupinových požiadavkách Predaj a spracovanie individuálnych rezervácií s Re:Guest Profesionálna starostlivosť o našich klientov a hostí po telefóne, ako aj v písomnej korešpondencii Organizácia a realizácia prianí hostí v úzkej spolupráci s príslušnými oddeleniami Správa a údržba zákazníckych a rezervačných údajov v Opera Cloud Kontrola skupinových rezervácií a opčných rezervácií Aktívny up-selling a cross-selling Zabezpečenie, optimalizácia a kontrola našich rezervačných štandardov a smerníc Realizácia prehliadok hotela Úzka spolupráca so všetkými prevádzkovými oddeleniami pri koordinácii pre našich spoločných hostí Intenzívna výmena informácií s obchodným manažérom a vedením na dosiahnutie ekonomických cieľov
Requirements
Výrazné komunikačné schopnosti a profesionálne vystupovanie Ukončené hotelové alebo turistické vzdelanie, päť rokov praxe a jeden rok vedúcej praxe. Dobrá znalosť systému Opera. Jazykový profil: nemčina ako materinský jazyk a angličtina na úrovni C1; v oboch jazykoch veľmi dobré znalosti.
