About the position
Reservierungsleitung MICE & Leisure im Hotel Gut Brandlhof in Saalfelden ab 1. Dezember 2026. Unbefristete Ganzjahresstelle mit Verantwortung für ein Team von bis zu fünf Personen und die Vermarktung der neuen World of Congress.
Tasks
Leitung der Abteilung Reservierung MICE & Leisure mit einem Team von bis zu 5 Kolleg:innen Führung des Teams in Bezug auf Vorgaben und Richtlinien sowie Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung Die Einführung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeitender in der Reservationsabteilung gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich wie die laufende Unterstützung des bestehenden Teams. Planung und Koordination von Veranstaltungen sowie Zimmerverkauf bei Firmen- und Gruppenanfragen Verkauf und Bearbeitung von Individualreservierungen mit Re:Guest Professionelle Betreuung unserer Kund:innen und Gäste am Telefon sowie in der schriftlichen Korrespondenz Organisation und Umsetzung von Gästewünschen in enger Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Abteilungen Pflege und Wartung der Kunden- und Reservierungsdaten in Opera Cloud Kontrolle von Gruppenreservierungen und Optionsbuchungen Aktives Up- und Cross-Selling Sicherstellung, Optimierung und Kontrolle unserer Reservierungsstandards und Richtlinien Durchführung von Hausführungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen operativen Abteilungen zur Abstimmung für unsere gemeinsamen Gäste Intensiver Austausch mit dem Sales Manager und der Direktion zur Erreichung der wirtschaftlichen Ziele
Requirements
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten Abgeschlossene hotelspezifische oder touristische Ausbildung Fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung und ein Jahr Führungserfahrung. Gute Opera-Kenntnisse. Sprachprofil Deutsch Muttersprache und Englisch C1; Freitext sehr gute Kenntnisse in beiden Sprachen.
