About the position
Voditelj rezervacija za MICE i leisure u hotelu Gut Brandlhof u Saalfeldenu od 1. prosinca 2026. Radno mjesto na neodređeno vrijeme tijekom cijele godine s odgovornošću za tim do pet osoba i marketing nove World of Congress.
Tasks
Vođenje odjela rezervacija MICE & Leisure s timom od do 5 kolega/kolegica Vođenje tima u pogledu smjernica i pravila te planiranja rada i godišnjih odmora Uvođenje, obuka i daljnji razvoj novih zaposlenika u odjelu rezervacija jednako su dio vaše odgovornosti kao i kontinuirana podrška postojećem timu. Planiranje i koordinacija događanja te prodaja soba za upite tvrtki i grupa Prodaja i obrada individualnih rezervacija putem Re:Guest Profesionalna briga o našim klijentima i gostima telefonom te u pisanoj korespondenciji Organizacija i provedba želja gostiju u uskoj suradnji s nadležnim odjelima Održavanje i ažuriranje podataka o klijentima i rezervacijama u Opera Cloud Kontrola grupnih rezervacija i opcijskih rezervacija Aktivna nadprodaja i unakrsna prodaja Osiguravanje, optimizacija i kontrola naših standarda i smjernica za rezervacije Provođenje obilazaka hotela Bliska suradnja sa svim operativnim odjelima radi usklađivanja za naše zajedničke goste Intenzivna razmjena s voditeljem prodaje i upravom radi postizanja gospodarskih ciljeva
Requirements
Izražene komunikacijske vještine i profesionalan nastup Završeno hotelijersko ili turističko obrazovanje, pet godina radnog iskustva i jedna godina iskustva na rukovodećoj poziciji. Dobro poznavanje Opera sustava. Jezični profil: njemački materinji jezik i engleski C1; u slobodnom tekstu navedeno vrlo dobro poznavanje obaju jezika.
