Tasks
Διεύθυνση του τμήματος Κρατήσεων MICE & Leisure με ομάδα έως 5 συναδέλφων Καθοδήγηση της ομάδας αναφορικά με προδιαγραφές και κατευθυντήριες γραμμές καθώς και προγραμματισμό βαρδιών και αδειών Η εισαγωγή, εκπαίδευση και περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη νέων εργαζομένων στο τμήμα κρατήσεων ανήκει επίσης στο πεδίο ευθύνης σας, όπως και η συνεχής υποστήριξη της υπάρχουσας ομάδας. Σχεδιασμός και συντονισμός εκδηλώσεων καθώς και πώληση δωματίων για εταιρικά αιτήματα και αιτήματα ομάδων Πώληση και επεξεργασία μεμονωμένων κρατήσεων με το Re:Guest Επαγγελματική φροντίδα των πελατών και επισκεπτών μας μέσω τηλεφώνου καθώς και στην έγγραφη αλληλογραφία Οργάνωση και υλοποίηση επιθυμιών των επισκεπτών σε στενή συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα Ενημέρωση και συντήρηση των δεδομένων πελατών και κρατήσεων στο Opera Cloud Έλεγχος κρατήσεων ομάδων και προαιρετικών κρατήσεων Ενεργό up- και cross-selling Διασφάλιση, βελτιστοποίηση και έλεγχος των προτύπων και κατευθυντήριων γραμμών κρατήσεων μας Διενέργεια ξεναγήσεων στον χώρο Στενή συνεργασία με όλα τα επιχειρησιακά τμήματα για τον συντονισμό για τους κοινούς μας επισκέπτες Εντατική ανταλλαγή απόψεων με τον Sales Manager και τη Διεύθυνση για την επίτευξη των οικονομικών στόχων
Requirements
Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επαγγελματική παρουσία Ολοκληρωμένη ξενοδοχειακή ή τουριστική εκπαίδευση, πέντε χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας και ένα χρόνο εμπειρίας σε θέση ευθύνης. Καλή γνώση Opera. Γλωσσικό προφίλ: Γερμανικά ως μητρική γλώσσα και Αγγλικά σε επίπεδο C1· άριστη γνώση και των δύο γλωσσών.
