About the position
Serviceleitung im familiengeführten Heidi-Hotel am Falkertsee ab sofort. Befristete Vollzeitstelle für Sommer- und Wintersaison.
Tasks
Gesamten Servicebereich mit Restaurant, Bar und Veranstaltungen verantworten. Serviceteam führen, Einsätze planen, Mitarbeiter entwickeln und neue Kollegen sowie Lehrlinge schulen. Gäste persönlich betreuen, Abläufe mit Küche und Hotelleitung koordinieren, Qualitätsstandards weiterentwickeln sowie Wareneinsatz, Bestellungen und Inventuren unterstützen.
Requirements
Mehrjährige Serviceerfahrung, idealerweise in leitender Position; Metadaten nennen zehn Jahre Berufs- und fünf Jahre Führungserfahrung. Ausbildung in Gastronomie/Hotellerie von Vorteil. Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude. Service- und Qualitätsorientierung, Freude an Gastfreundschaft, Natur und Teamarbeit. Sehr gutes Deutsch; Metadaten führen sowohl C1 als auch C2 auf, konkrete Anforderung abstimmen. Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil. Arbeitserlaubnis erforderlich oder EU-Bürgerschaft.
