About the position
Servicevezető a családi tulajdonban lévő Heidi-Hotelben a Falkertsee-nél azonnal. Határozott idejű teljes munkaidős állás nyári és téli szezonra.
Tasks
A teljes szolgáltatási területért felel, beleértve az éttermet, a bárt és a rendezvényeket. Irányítja a felszolgáló csapatot, beosztásokat tervez, fejleszti a munkatársakat, valamint betanítja az új kollégákat és a tanulókat. Személyesen gondoskodik a vendégekről, egyeztet a konyhával és a szálloda vezetőségével, továbbfejleszti a minőségi sztenderdeket, valamint támogatja az árufelhasználást, a rendeléseket és a leltározást.
Requirements
Többéves szolgálati tapasztalat, ideális esetben vezetői pozícióban; a metaadatok tíz év szakmai és öt év vezetői tapasztalatot említenek. Vendéglátás/hotellerie terén szerzett képzettség előnyt jelent. Vezetői és kommunikációs készség, szervezőtehetség, felelősségtudat és döntéskészség. Szolgáltatás- és minőségcentrikusság, öröm a vendégszeretetben, a természetben és a csapatmunkában. Nagyon jó német nyelvtudás; a metaadatok C1 és C2 szintet is megadnak, a konkrét követelményt egyeztetni kell. További nyelvek előnyt jelentenek. Munkavállalási engedély szükséges, vagy EU-állampolgárság.
