About the position
Διεύθυνση σέρβις στο οικογενειακό Heidi-Hotel στη λίμνη Falkertsee άμεσα. Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης ορισμένου χρόνου για καλοκαιρινή και χειμερινή σεζόν.
Tasks
Ευθύνη για όλο τον χώρο εξυπηρέτησης, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του εστιατορίου, του μπαρ και των εκδηλώσεων. Καθοδήγηση της ομάδας εξυπηρέτησης, προγραμματισμός βαρδιών, ανάπτυξη εργαζομένων και εκπαίδευση νέων συναδέλφων και μαθητευόμενων. Προσωπική φροντίδα των επισκεπτών, συντονισμός των διαδικασιών με την κουζίνα και τη διεύθυνση του ξενοδοχείου, περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη των προτύπων ποιότητας, καθώς και υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση αναλώσιμων, στις παραγγελίες και στις απογραφές.
Requirements
Πολυετής εμπειρία στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης, ιδανικά σε θέση ευθύνης· τα μεταδεδομένα αναφέρουν δέκα έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας και πέντε έτη εμπειρίας στη διοίκηση. Εκπαίδευση στον χώρο της εστίασης/ξενοδοχειακών υπηρεσιών είναι πλεονέκτημα. Ηγετικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, οργανωτικό ταλέντο, αίσθημα ευθύνης και ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων. Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση και την ποιότητα, αγάπη για τη φιλοξενία, τη φύση και την ομαδική εργασία. Πολύ καλά γερμανικά· τα μεταδεδομένα αναφέρουν τόσο C1 όσο και C2, οι συγκεκριμένες απαιτήσεις πρέπει να διευκρινιστούν. Πρόσθετες γλώσσες είναι πλεονέκτημα. Απαιτείται άδεια εργασίας ή ιθαγένεια ΕΕ.
