About the position
Vedúci servisu v rodinnom hoteli Heidi-Hotel pri Falkertsee ihneď. Dočasný plný úväzok na letnú a zimnú sezónu.
Tasks
Zodpovedať za celú oblasť služieb vrátane reštaurácie, baru a podujatí. Viesť servisný tím, plánovať zmeny, rozvíjať zamestnancov a zaškoľovať nových kolegov aj učňov. Osobne sa starať o hostí, koordinovať postupy s kuchyňou a vedením hotela, ďalej rozvíjať štandardy kvality a podporovať spotrebu tovaru, objednávky a inventúry.
Requirements
Viacročné skúsenosti v oblasti služieb, ideálne na vedúcej pozícii; metadáta uvádzajú desať rokov praxe a päť rokov skúseností s vedením. Výhodou je vzdelanie v gastronómii/hotelierskom odvetví. Schopnosť viesť a komunikovať, organizačný talent, zodpovednosť a rozhodnosť. Orientácia na služby a kvalitu, radosť z pohostinnosti, z prírody a z tímovej práce. Veľmi dobrá nemčina; metadáta uvádzajú C1 aj C2, konkrétnu požiadavku treba zladiť. Výhodou sú ďalšie jazyky. Vyžaduje sa pracovné povolenie alebo občianstvo EÚ.
