About the position
Stellvertretender Restaurantleiter / Assistant Restaurant Manager im G’sund & Natur Hotel DIE WASNERIN in Bad Aussee. Geregelte Ganzjahresstelle.
Tasks
Mitarbeit in einem 25-köpfigen Serviceteam Vertretung der Restaurantleitung an Frei- bzw. Urlaubstagen Tägliche Kontrolle und Einteilung des Services-Teams Unterstützung bei der Dienstplangestaltung, Tischplanerstellung, Veranstaltungs-koordination, Mitarbeiterführung und Mitarbeiterschulungen Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Bestellungen Optimale Barkenntnisse und Mitarbeit an der Hotelbar Teilweise Führen einer eigenen Servicestation mit ca. 20 bis 25 Gästen Erstklassiges Frühstücks- und Abendservice (Menüs oder à la carte) Gute Weinkenntnisse und fachgerechte Beratung der Gäste Optimale Gästebetreuung Aktiver Verkauf am Gast Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards Teamarbeit innerhalb der Abteilung sowie mit der Küche Allgemeine Servicearbeiten bei Bedarf Vorleben und Einhaltung der Unternehmensphilosophie
Requirements
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene gastronomische Ausbildung Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Restaurant oder Hotelbetrieben der gehobenen Kategorie Erste Führungserfahrung bereits erfolgreich gesammelt Exzellente Servicefachkenntnisse Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil Ausbildung zum Sommelier sowie Lehrlingsausbildner von Vorteil Zuverlässigkeit Freude an der Arbeit im Team Gepflegtes Auftreten Interesse an langfristigen Weiterbildungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten im Betrieb Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
