Práca v 25-člennom servisnom tíme Zastupovanie vedúceho reštaurácie v dňoch voľna alebo dovolenky Denná kontrola a rozdeľovanie servisného tímu Podpora pri tvorbe rozvrhu služieb, plánovaní stolov, koordinácii podujatí, vedení zamestnancov a školení zamestnancov Spolupráca pri plánovaní a realizácii objednávok Výborné znalosti bary a práca v hotelovom bare Čiastočné vedenie vlastnej servisnej stanice s približne 20 až 25 hosťami Prvotriedny raňajkový a večerný servis (menu alebo à la carte) Dobré znalosti vín a odborné poradenstvo hosťom Optimálna starostlivosť o hostí Aktívny predaj hosťom Dodržiavanie stanovených kvalitatívnych štandardov Tímová práca v rámci oddelenia aj s kuchyňou Všeobecné servisné práce podľa potreby Žiť a dodržiavať filozofiu spoločnosti
