Tasks
Közreműködés egy 25 fős szervizcsapatban A étteremvezetés helyettesítése szabadnapokon, illetve szabadság idején A szervizcsapat napi ellenőrzése és beosztása Közreműködés a beosztástervezésben, asztaltérkép készítésében, rendezvények koordinálásában, munkatársak irányításában és képzésében Részvétel a rendelések tervezésében és lebonyolításában Kiváló bárszakmai ismeretek és közreműködés a szálloda bárjában Részben egy saját szervizállomás vezetése kb. 20–25 vendéggel Első osztályú reggeli- és esti kiszolgálás (menük vagy à la carte) Jó borismeret és szakszerű vendégtanácsadás Kiváló vendéggondozás Aktív értékesítés a vendégek körében A előírt minőségi standardok betartása Csapatmunka a részlegen belül, valamint a konyhával Általános szervizfeladatok szükség esetén A vállalati filozófia hiteles képviselete és betartása
