About the position
Das PURADIES Naturresort in Leogang sucht eine stellvertretende Rezeptionsleitung ab 1. November 2026. Unbefristete Vollzeitstelle im Ganzjahresbetrieb.
Tasks
Gäste persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail betreuen. Check-in und Check-out durchführen, Reservierungen und Anfragen bearbeiten sowie Wünsche und Reklamationen aufnehmen. Kasse führen und abrechnen, mit Hotelabteilungen koordinieren, Gästedaten pflegen, Angebote aktiv verkaufen und Gästebeziehungen aufbauen.
Requirements
Hotelfachausbildung und Berufserfahrung in gehobener Hotellerie/Gastronomie; Portalprofil ein Jahr Erfahrung. Fundierte Protel-Kenntnisse, Führerschein B, ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit und Serviceorientierung. Gepflegtes, herzliches Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Flexibilität für Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Schichtdienste. Der Fließtext fordert verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, das Sprachprofil nennt Deutsch C1 und Englisch B1; vor Bewerbung klären. Arbeitserlaubnis erforderlich oder EU-Bürgerschaft.
