Naturálny rezort PURADIES v Leogangu hľadá zástupcu vedúceho recepcie od 1. novembra 2026. Trvalý pracovný pomer na plný úväzok v celoročnej prevádzke.
Tasks
Komplexná starostlivosť o hostí osobne, telefonicky a e-mailom. Vykonávať check-in a check-out, spracúvať rezervácie a požiadavky, prijímať želania a reklamácie. Viesť a zúčtovávať pokladnicu, koordinovať s hotelovými oddeleniami, udržiavať údaje o hosťoch, aktívne predávať ponuky a budovať vzťahy s hosťami.
Requirements
Hotelská odborná príprava a prax v oblasti vyššieho hotelierstva/gastronómie; profil na portáli jeden rok skúseností. Solídne znalosti systému Protel, vodičský preukaz skupiny B, výrazná hostiteľská osobnosť a orientácia na služby. Upravené, srdečné vystupovanie, silné komunikačné schopnosti, samostatný a štruktúrovaný spôsob práce, spoľahlivosť, tímový duch a flexibilita pre víkendové, sviatočné a zmenové služby. Súvislý text vyžaduje plynulú nemčinu a angličtinu, jazykový profil uvádza nemčinu C1 a angličtinu B1; pred podaním žiadosti si to overte. Vyžaduje sa pracovné povolenie alebo občianstvo EÚ.
