Tasks
Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών αυτοπροσώπως, τηλεφωνικά και μέσω email. Διεκπεραίωση check-in και check-out, διαχείριση κρατήσεων και αιτημάτων, καθώς και καταγραφή επιθυμιών και παραπόνων. Διαχείριση ταμείου και εκκαθάριση λογαριασμών, συντονισμός με τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου, ενημέρωση στοιχείων επισκεπτών, ενεργητική πώληση προσφορών και οικοδόμηση σχέσεων με τους επισκέπτες.
Requirements
Εκπαίδευση στις ξενοδοχειακές σπουδές και επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε ανώτερα ξενοδοχεία/εστιατόρια· στο προφίλ της πλατφόρμας αναγράφεται ένα έτος εμπειρίας. Στερεές γνώσεις Protel, δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β, έντονη προσωπικότητα οικοδεσπότη και προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση. Περιποιημένη, εγκάρδια εμφάνιση, ισχυρή επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα, αυτόνομος και οργανωμένος τρόπος εργασίας, αξιοπιστία, πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και ευελιξία για εργασία τα σαββατοκύριακα, τις αργίες και σε βάρδιες. Το κείμενο απαιτεί άπταιστα Γερμανικά και Αγγλικά, ενώ το γλωσσικό προφίλ αναφέρει Γερμανικά C1 και Αγγλικά B1· διευκρινίστε το πριν από την αίτηση. Απαιτείται άδεια εργασίας ή ιθαγένεια ΕΕ.
