Tasks
Briniti se o gostima osobno, telefonski i putem e-maila. Obavljati check-in i check-out, obrađivati rezervacije i upite te primati želje i pritužbe. Voditi blagajnu i obračunavati, koordinirati s hotelskim odjelima, održavati podatke o gostima, aktivno prodavati ponude i graditi odnose s gostima.
Requirements
Hotelijerska izobrazba i radno iskustvo u višoj hotelskoj/gastronomskoj djelatnosti; profil na portalu godinu dana iskustva. Temeljito poznavanje Protela, vozačka dozvola B, izražena osobnost domaćina i usmjerenost na uslugu. Njegovan i srdačan nastup, komunikacijske vještine, samostalan i strukturiran način rada, pouzdanost, timski duh i fleksibilnost za rad vikendima, blagdanima i u smjenama. Tekst zahtijeva tečno poznavanje njemačkog i engleskog jezika, dok jezični profil navodi njemački C1 i engleski B1; razjasniti prije prijave. Potrebna radna dozvola ili državljanstvo EU-a.
