Three-year apprenticeship with block instruction at the VALARA Alpine Art Hotel in Hintertux. Start immediately or by arrangement; a trial day is possible.

Aufgaben

You support our reception team with check-in, check-out and looking after our guests. You help with reservations, offers, booking confirmations and maintaining our guest data. You gain insights into invoicing, cash handling and other organisational processes at reception. You work in restaurant and breakfast service and get to know the processes in the F&B area. You support with the preparation of food and drink offerings as well as with organisational tasks relating to service. You gain insights into the kitchen and support with control and organisational tasks. You learn to check deliveries and gain an understanding of stockkeeping and goods organisation. You support housekeeping with room and floor checks and get to know our quality and cleanliness standards. You gain insights into the organisation of cleaning and the processes on the floor. You get to know the various departments of our hotel and understand how they work together in day-to-day hotel life. You take on more responsibility step by step and work increasingly independently.

Anforderungen

Successfully completed 9th grade Enjoy working with people Good German skills and interest in foreign languages Friendly and open manner Interest in organisation and hotel operations Enjoy learning new things Reliability and a careful way of working Team spirit and a well-groomed appearance A respectful approach to guests and colleagues Language level according to the ad: DE C2. A work permit must be available or EU citizenship.
