Γνώσεις των κανονισμών υγιεινής και των νομικών διατάξεων κουζίνας, περιποιημένη εμφάνιση, καλή αντίληψη, φιλικότητα, προθυμία για εργασία, ευελιξία και αντοχή στην πίεση. Γερμανικά A2.
